Who else touches your data.
MeetKeeper has no servers of its own. The app talks directly from your Mac to the services below, and only to the ones you choose to use.

- none requiredApple Calendar and iCloud events are read on your Mac. No third party is involved.
- three optionalGoogle, Microsoft and Notion only if you connect them, and then only from your Mac to them.
- three for the businessVercel hosts the site, Upstash keeps visit counts and the feedback you send, and Polar handles checkout when you buy.
The app
-
Google LLCoptional
- purpose
- Google Calendar API and Google sign-in, when you connect a Google account: listing your calendars, showing events, creating the events you add, inviting the people you name and attaching Google Meet links.
- data
- Your Google account identity, calendar and event data, and the invitations you ask MeetKeeper to send. OAuth tokens are stored only on your Mac.
- location
- Google's global infrastructure. Governed by Google's privacy policy and the API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
-
Microsoft Corporationoptional
- purpose
- Microsoft Graph and Microsoft sign-in, when you connect an Outlook, Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online account: listing your calendars, showing events, creating the events you add, inviting the people you name, replying to invitations and attaching Teams links.
- data
- Your Microsoft account identity, calendar and event data, and the invitations and replies you ask MeetKeeper to send. OAuth tokens are stored only on your Mac.
- location
- Microsoft's global infrastructure. Governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
-
Notion Labs, Inc.optional
- purpose
- Notion API, when you add a Notion integration: reading pages from the databases you select so they show up next to your events.
- data
- The pages and properties of the databases you share with the integration. The integration token is stored only on your Mac.
- location
- Notion's infrastructure, primarily in the United States. Governed by Notion's privacy policy.
-
Apple Inc.on device
- purpose
- Calendar access on your Mac through EventKit, the same framework the Calendar app uses. This is a system component, not a network service.
- data
- Nothing is sent to Apple by MeetKeeper. Accounts you added in System Settings sync through Apple's own services under your Apple ID, independent of MeetKeeper.
- location
- Your Mac.
Payments
-
Polar Software, Inc.when you buy
- purpose
- Merchant of record: checkout, payment, sales tax, receipts, refunds, and the licence keys the app checks.
- data
- Your name, email address, billing country and payment details, entered on Polar's checkout; card details go to Polar and its payment partners, never to us. When you enter a licence key, the app sends the key and a label for your Mac (its model and a short random code) to confirm it, and checks it again every few days. No calendar data.
- location
- Polar and its payment partners, in the United States and other countries. Governed by Polar's privacy policy and checkout buyer terms.
The website
-
Vercel Inc.website
- purpose
- Hosting for www.meetkeeper.fun and the download file, delivered through Vercel's edge network, and the endpoint that receives feedback sent from the app.
- data
- Standard, short-lived server logs such as IP address, user agent and the pages requested. Our own page-view counter runs here too; the counts it keeps are stored with Upstash, below. No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored by us.
- location
- Vercel's global edge network. Governed by Vercel's privacy policy.
-
Upstash, Inc.website and feedback
- purpose
- A small Redis database that holds the website's page-view and download counts, how many installed apps checked for updates, and feedback sent from the app.
- data
- Aggregate counts per day: page, button, country, device and browser family, referring site and app version, plus a daily-resetting hash used only to count unique visitors. The last hundred events are kept as a short list for the admin page. Feedback you send from the app: the topic, your message, the app version, your country, your email address if you give one, and diagnostics if you leave them on (app settings and connection counts, never calendar contents), each deleted 12 months after it was sent. No cookies, IP addresses or calendar data.
- location
- A single cloud region chosen for the database. Governed by Upstash's privacy policy.
-
Google Fontswebsite
- purpose
- Serving the Inter typeface used on this website.
- data
- The request for the font files, which includes your IP address and user agent, as with any file loaded from a third party.
- location
- Google's global infrastructure. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
What is not on this list
There is no MeetKeeper backend for your calendar data, no third-party analytics provider, no crash reporter and no email marketing service. Payments go through Polar and nothing else. The only things we run ourselves are the page-view counter on this site and the inbox for feedback sent from the app, both on Vercel with their data in Upstash. Video calls you join from the notch open in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams under your own accounts with those services; MeetKeeper only opens the link.
Changes
If a subprocessor is added or removed, this page will be updated with a new date. The privacy policy describes what the app does with your data, and the terms of service cover the rest.
