Terms of service.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the MeetKeeper app for macOS and to the website at www.meetkeeper.fun (together, "MeetKeeper"). By downloading, installing or using MeetKeeper you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use MeetKeeper on Macs you own or control, for personal or business purposes, free of charge. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute MeetKeeper, remove its notices, or present it as your own.

3. Your calendars and accounts

MeetKeeper works with calendars and accounts that belong to you: the Calendar app on your Mac, and Google Calendar or Notion if you choose to connect them. You are responsible for those accounts and for anything MeetKeeper does at your request through them, such as creating events, inviting people or sending cancellations. Connecting Google or Notion also means accepting their terms.

4. What we don't do

There is no MeetKeeper account and no MeetKeeper server. We don't collect your calendar data, we don't run analytics, and we can't see how you use the app. The privacy policy describes exactly what the app touches on your Mac.

5. Acceptable use

Use MeetKeeper lawfully and considerately. Don't use it to send unwanted invitations, to access calendars you aren't allowed to access, to interfere with other people's systems, or to try to break, reverse engineer or tamper with the app's signing or its connection to Google or Notion, beyond what the law expressly permits.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and we may stop distributing MeetKeeper at any time. Updates are installed by downloading a new version. Features that depend on third parties, such as Google Meet links or Notion databases, depend on those services continuing to offer them.

7. No warranty

MeetKeeper is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be error-free, that it will show every event, or that alerts will always fire. Please don't rely on it as your only reminder for anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, missed meetings, lost data or lost time, arising from your use of or inability to use MeetKeeper. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for MeetKeeper, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using MeetKeeper at any time by deleting it from your Mac; that also removes everything it stored. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply afterwards.

10. Intellectual property

MeetKeeper, its name, mark, wordmark, icon and design are ours. Google Calendar, Google Meet, Notion, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, macOS and MacBook are trademarks of their respective owners, and MeetKeeper is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published here with a new date. Continuing to use MeetKeeper after that means you accept the new terms. We'll keep them as short as we can.
